What is Webexaminer.
WEBEXAMINER is an adaptive, web based examination, assessment and recruitment platform that allows our customers to quickly test the status and competence of a population group, such as students, job applicants or Medicare patients. Webexaminer is versatile enough to be used across a wide range of applications and has a number of blue chip customers throughout USA, Europe and Africa.
WEBEXAMINER offers a suite of computer-adaptive test (CAT) engines including our IRT (Item Response Theory) engine. Our test engines are used by international education providers, IT recruitment companies and stand alone business and individuals.
WEBEXAMINER will quickly and precisely assess your applicants. Feedback is immediate, applicant assessment, score and analysis reports are available instantly upon completion of a test.
We can fit the test centre to your own branded solution.
If you need to create new questions and tests WEBEXAMINER has an easy and intuitive content authoring interface. If you have existing questions we provide a way to quickly import and to bulk upload questions and resources using a rudimentary tagging scheme.
WEBEXAMINER handles all aspects of the test administration. It publishes the test to your applicant, does the marking for you, analyses student performance, automatically produces web reports (results and performance) and posts them to your administrator account.
To register your applicants with WEBEXAMINER we provide a simple administration interface; alternatively we can automate the registration process for you. Applicants can be registered, scheduled a test and notified (e-mailed) in a matter of minutes. Once a test is completed, the test result can be automatically e-mailed to the test administrator and optionally emailed to the applicant. The result and all previous historical results can be accessed online.
The service is hosted on our web server, however for customers who prefer to host themselves we can offer the software packaged as an application to be installed locally (Windows/Unix/Linux installation packs).
