| Noodle Education team up with WebExaminer. |

WebExaminer today signed an agreement with Noodle Education a premiere
provider of one-to-one and small group tutoring.
"We are excited at the prospect of working with WebExaminer," said Dan
Edmonds, Vice President of Research and Development. "We believe that the
combination of linear and adaptive testing, data tracking and reporting,
and customization made availability by WebExaminer's tools will allow us
to provide our students with a truly individualized approach to
education."

| K12 extend partnership with WebExaminer to 5th Year. |

K 12, the largest provider of online school programs for students in
kindergarten through high school, has today further extended its partnership
agreement with WebExaminer taking the partnership into its 5th Year.
WebExaminer will continue as the service provider for the K 12 online
Placement tests through until July 2012.
Celia Stokes, executive vice president and chief marketing officer of
k12, said "We are extremely pleased to extend our agreement with
WebExaminer who continue to be an integral part of our overall business
model. The stability of the WebExaminer platform is proven and is
something we have come to trust and rely upon".

WebExaminer has signed a 3 year partnership agreement with Galore Park
to develop and deliver the Galore Park TESSA (Technology Enabled Solution
for School Assessments) programme. The partnership will see WebExaminer
supply Galore Park with an e-Assessment system to host a range of Galore
Park products aimed at schools and parents.
